- Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start may incur a fee.
4. Warranties and Limitations
- Third-Party Products: Products supplied by third parties will carry their manufacturer's warranty, and Patch-It-Now is not responsible for their quality.
5. Liability
- Insurance: Patch-It-Now maintains liability insurance for on-site work, but clients must maintain their own property insurance.
- Damage: Patch-It-Now is not liable for pre-existing damage or indirect damages caused during repair.
6. Affiliates Program
- Eligibility: Participants must be approved and adhere to the affiliate guidelines provided during onboarding.
- Commission: Commissions are paid out based on completed projects and per agreed terms. Misrepresentation or unethical conduct may result in termination and forfeiture of commissions.
7. Dispute Resolution
- Arbitration: Disputes will first be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration.
